Extremely informative and sensitive to my needs I walked into Lexus looking to update my ride. My poor car had seen better days, and gave Lexus a shot off a recommendation of a friend. The man directed me towards the reception desk. I was set with a Mr. Jason Golpad. Jason was fantastic. He was very calm and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. I went in there with the most basic guidelines, I don't feel like I need much with my car. He took those needs and read through them. He matched me with cars that I loved from first sight. I didn't have much time that day, so I gave him my number. He kept me updated constantly and made sure he only called me when I was available. I ended up getting an RX 350 and I love it! It's perfect, and my kids love it too. Thank you! More
