The service by Michael in the detailing area was incredible. I went into the detailing are because I was not having any luck removing grease from my interior. I came by just to ask a question on how to clean it, I went into the detailing are because I was not having any luck removing grease from my interior. They acted in a professional manner and accommodated my particular method of searching. When the time came to decide, they showed patience as I told them when I would make my decision and how I would do so. I was primarily in touch with the sales person, with the aid of her manager, and was contacted by the GM who offered his assistance. All in all, a pleasant and efficient experience, which ended in my buying a vehicle. I have dealt with dealers across the spectrum for a number of years. Although I have chosen to buy a Lexus on several,occasions, I have chosen not to as well. The service and customer care in sales and service have generally been maintained at a high level, especially at this dealership. More

Then I came across Michael, in the Lexus detail department. WOW! Not only does he know EXACTLY how to make my baby shine with no streaks or swirl marks he made the paint look brand new.
