Extremely informative and sensitive to my needs I walked into Lexus looking to update my ride. My poor car had seen better days, and gave Lexus a shot off a recommendation of a friend. The man directed me towards the reception desk. I was set with a Mr. Jason Golpad. Jason was fantastic. He was very calm and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. I went in there with the most basic guidelines, I don't feel like I need much with my car. He took those needs and read through them. He matched me with cars that I loved from first sight. I didn't have much time that day, so I gave him my number. He kept me updated constantly and made sure he only called me when I was available. I ended up getting an RX 350 and I love it! It's perfect, and my kids love it too. Thank you! More

Best Detailer in Marin I took my car in for a service. Having been a customer for over 10 years I expected the service than go home. However, I was surprised when one of the detailers came out to talk to me about some of the things he could do to make my car beautiful again. Michael detailed my car back to that new car smell~ she looked beautiful again and brand new. He went out of his way to remove scratches and polish them out. I've recommended him to all my friends Lexus owning or not he's worth every dollar. More
