Everyone i have dealt with was really friendly and helpful. Always smiling and very prompt in any assistance i needed. Gino is usually my service advisor and he is the best service advisor i have ever dealt with at any dealership. Everyone is great there but i talk and deal with Gino the most and he has always been very helpful, informative, kind, and is all around just great at customer service. I would probably bring my car here even if it wasnt a Lexus because of the great customer service. Also the lounge is nice with comfortable leather sofa and chairs and they have a nice and tasty selection of pastries. More

He knows exactly what parts of my car needed to be replaced based on my budget. As always, I am thankful to Lexus Dealer and mostly, I am grateful to Andy's continued support. More
