Carlo Verde is a great service advisor Carlo listens to his customers preferences and customizes service to those preferences. We have two Lexus cars - a 1998 and a 2015. We took in the 1 Carlo listens to his customers preferences and customizes service to those preferences. We have two Lexus cars - a 1998 and a 2015. We took in the 1998 as it needed an oil change and told him besides an oil change we wanted the car checked out would only want to pay for other critical safety service as we do not intend to keep the car much longer. We did not want to pay more in service than the car us worth. He also managed to have some at the dealership evaluate the car and then he called us with that value so we could make decisions on some services that were marginal to safety. He honored our fiscal concerns and made appropriate recommendations.He is attentive and Very personable! Highly recommend him. More
