Good People - Positive Energy - Excellent Experience Starting with online text and then email communication with Lark, and finishing with Michelle and the finance manager (was that Bowen?). From start to finish my experience with this team was the best I've had with any car dealer. First I did all of the preliminary shopping and pricing online and via text and email. This was new for me, and I felt cautious. But Lark was responsive, reassuring and helpful. Then, when I went to the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. I left with a beautiful, like-new pre-owned BMW. I must add that the teamwork and positive energy in this place is evident everywhere. Even team members not directly connected to my transaction offered help and feedback during the process. These are good people. More
