Had a problem with my lease and got the run around and calls not returned. Lexus Financial tried to help but got the run around as well. I had to open a case with corporate. They are excellent but I waste calls not returned. Lexus Financial tried to help but got the run around as well. I had to open a case with corporate. They are excellent but I wasted maybe 7 hours on a problem I did not create. Stay away unless you want to be frustrated to death. More
