I certainly did not expect to purchase a car today. I was getting my car serviced and just wanted to check on my lease car and arrange for purchasing it. Little did I know that I would happily be leaving wit getting my car serviced and just wanted to check on my lease car and arrange for purchasing it. Little did I know that I would happily be leaving with a brand, new, beautiful car Rx 350 that was far better suited to my needs. Once Quynh Pham noticed me seated at the table and I asked him a question, he provided options of buying my car, buying something similar, and buying what is best suited to my needs. He worked his magic to meet my needs with the right vehicle and the right price. I am so grateful for his support, and Chris and Ian too. There is a transformation at Lexus of Marin and a positive spirit of "can do" and "will do" whatever it takes to put the customer first. I am grateful that Quynh tool extra interest in serving me as a valued customer. Lucky me and I will continue to highly recommend Lexus of Marin as an organization that puts the customers first, supports the Lexus team from each department, and has found the key to success. More
This was my first time getting my GX serviced. Wilfredo Ortiz the service advisor was extremely polite and professional. My appointment was close to the end of the day and they were short on time. I bought a new Lexus from the team at Lexus of Marin and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me a great deal for the car I wanted. Brandon and Lionel worked well together to show me, fi everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting me a great deal for the car I wanted. Brandon and Lionel worked well together to show me, find and get (from their sister store), a 2020 UX Lexus with all the amenities I wanted. They also were great about explaining and showing how the car amenities worked after I bought the car. I love my new Lexus and loved the staff at Lexus of Marin! More
The sales experience was amazing. From the time they offered an email quote to the final delivery of the vehicle. I have been a customer of Lexus of Marin for a few years now. I have had two different cars and up until recently my experienced was impeccable with them. I recent spoke with Quynh Pham and expressed my i now. I have had two different cars and up until recently my experienced was impeccable with them. I recent spoke with Quynh Pham and expressed my interest in switching my current lease vehicle to another one. At the time he was extremely helpful gave me a print out of the price and said I only needed to put down $1,500 down and continued with the same payment including the warranty on the tires and service for the next four years. I told him I would think about it and let him know. The next day I contacted him left a message letting him know I was ready to make the switch. I did not hear back from him so I proceeded to leave another message via phone and emails, but never heard back from him. As a result, I called the sales department and went to the dealership in person and expressed my interest in switching t the car. I never received a call back for three consecutive weeks. I was feeling as if my businesses was not important because they were not going to make $$$ with my transaction. Finally I was able to speak to Jonathan not because he called me but because I insisted and I made the call. He said that he wasn’t sure if the price would include the warranty so I nicely asked him “can you please speak with Quynh Pham, the general manager since he quoted me differently.” I wanted to know why the change since I am not in the business of selling cars I don’t know much and I simply wanted to know why. To this date, he never returned my called. Finally I called again and he clearly told me “we can’t give you that price any more.” So I asked “why not?” He said, prices change every month.but I said to him “we are still in August and I have been inquiring about this car since the beginning of the month. At that moment I was extremely frustrated by the way I had been treated. Really? For three consecutive weeks my messages were never returned. Yess I was upset and I left a very angry message to Quynh saying I was not an ignorant person to be treated that way, as I felt I was treated with so much disrespect and I further said “I hold a PhD just to let t know I was not an ignorant person . I finally received a call back not until I finally exploded and general manger Quynh Pham in a sarcastic manner said “I think is great that you have a PhD and is fine if you don’t want to do business with us. I did apologize and asked him, how would you feel if you were in my place? My feelings were never validated. He than said, car prices change on a daily basis, a different story from Jason. I am not a car sales person and I can understand that prices change on a daily basis but a phone call would have been nice letting me know what was happening. Instead I feel like my business was not good enough and since I am not a white rich person from Marin county my business was was not good enough. I live in Richmond, Ca an area where the working class people live. More
