My older Lexus was way overdue for servicing and needed some major work done. All staff I had contact with were friendly, patient and helpful. It's really a shame in this day in age when car dealerships live up to the trope of being crooks. This is one of them. We bought our car from Lexus of Marin just a few months ago. At the time of purchase, we were told that we had a warranty on our tires. Recently, when we had an issue with one of our tires, we returned to have it looked at and we were told that they do not cover tires under warranty and we would have to pay out of pocket. We were also told over the phone that they would provide us with a loaner car while they worked on ours. When we arrived we were told that they do NOT offer loaner cars for tire work and we would have to sit and wait for hours until they finished working on the car. When we explained what we were told when we purchased the car and over the phone, they made NO effort to work with us to figure out how to get the car fixed. When we said we were leaving they just turned around and walked away. In summary, once this dealership has sold you a vehicle, they do not care AT ALL about you anymore or giving even basic customer service. We regret buying our car with Lexus of Marin and we will never be returning again. More
