I was not notified when my car was ready. I had to contact service dept. Was supposed to get a $30.00 Credit as per the E-mail I received. Had to ask the payment desk. The service I receive is always excellent. I'm given clear explanations of any required work and a reasonable expectation of the repair time. My only complaint is that the loaner cars are frequently not cleaned between customers and this time was no exception. More
