I went to the dealership with full funds prepared to immediately purchase a car, and the sales person would not take the time to from sales people. Overall mannerism of the sales and finance person was rude and hurtful, and ruined what would have been a wonderful car buying experience. I am so disappointed, as I very much wanted to buy a beautiful Lexus from this dealership. More

Besides very expensive, they couldn't give me the hourly labor rate of the mechanics which is suppose to be available. Eric was helpful in that he was reading from a script.
