As has been my experience since owning my RX 350, the dealer is thorough with their inspection and service. This time I came and was on a time crunch as my furnace was not working and the repair man was dealer is thorough with their inspection and service. I worked with Roger in the service department! He was great: friendly, courteous and professional. He provided us with a very nice loaner! Everything had been disinfected and was very clean. My only issue is that the service code still popped up on my screen after I got home. I will need to call and have this resolved! Other than that, super service! More

Bought a car here,the process was smooth enough,when I can in no one was at the front so I found someone helping somebody,asked him where the used cars were because I was checking out A specific car, he t can in no one was at the front so I found someone helping somebody,asked him where the used cars were because I was checking out A specific car, he thought they were in the right corner,I allready circled the block a couple times,I allmost didn’t stick around but then he made calls and someone helped us and walked us the the car we were looking at online,,couple bumps but i have had far worse service at dealerships,so idk if my standards have gotten lower or this was acceptable,overall. Update 10000 miles after owning my car, multiple lights showed on the dash,i had the sensors replaced and the spark plugs, put a code reader back on, same problems still, took it to a second mechanic They replaced the same thing and got nowhere, they charged me for the part and less hours than they actually spent on it and counted they’re losses, they ran into the same codes withthere 4000$ code reader. told me to take it to the dealer i bought it from there was nothing they could do. Took it to Lexus off Madison and they’re charging me for them to code read it. Also they didnt give me a definite reason as to what the issue is. Seems like i bought a lemon and they knew it. Seriously 10000 miles put on since i bought it here. That’s a shame. Update,STILL WORKING ON FIXING THIS PIECE OF xxxx. I Took it to Toyota lancaster on the east side Madison,I told them about me replacing the sensor Bank1 and having codes still there,how I took it to hometown auto in verona and they also replaced bank one sensor and said that I need to take It to the dealer to fix,I than told lancaster about how I took it to lexus of madison where (I bought this piece of xxxx) and how they diagnosed it (also charged me for looking at it after buying it there..) anyways they said it was the timing chain,which is what I really thought it was. ( Looked at the Carfax and it shows MANY gaps In between oil changes). Soooooo lancaster toyota did a diagnostics,they came back with saying it's the ECM! WHAT HUH?! I Told them no way,my coworker\huge car guy also lexus of madison SAID It is the timing,so its mechanic,not electrical, I told them they got it wrong,they assured me this would fix it,I brought up what kind of warrenty are you prepared to offer because I'd hate to spend 1600$ on an ecm just to have to replace the timing chain,the employee (joel) than had gotten a technician and said it had to be the ecm and than they were certain. They said part would be In Thursday and done Friday,come Monday I'm calling them for an update,talked to receptionist and got told joel went home and to leave a voicemail,I did,than decided to call back 2 minutes later and got places on hold again,than asked the receptionist to transfer me to a technician so I can get a update,so she transferred me, loe and behold Joel answers!!? What. So he said he would get to it Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest,after a Friday promise window. He also said he would leave me a voicemail because he wanted to call me back about it (because I'm at work) and told him just to leave a voicemail because I won't pick up at work,he agreed,He DID NOT leave a voicemail. Anyways I go to pay for the ECM And the first thing joel says to me is "I was expecting you yesterday" (this was wend) so I said In a normal tone "I said I was expecting my car back Friday" he said "fair point". Than we went over the car paperwork,and how they suspect it is also the timing chain.. I KNEW IT I KNEW IT. JUST PAID 1500$ For something that didn't fix the light on my dash Whatsoever. And they gave me the run around,this may seem like a Toyota lancaster review,and in many ways it is,but lexus is Just as guilty as Toyota lancaster for selling me a hunk of garbage In which I do believe they KNEW would have engine issues,charging me to diagnose the car after purchasing the car here,truly pathetic. Its not even about the money,its the headache,when you buy a car(used or new) you expect a certain amount or time before small things start to need replacement let alone big expensive repairs,and they set the bar LOW. If I didn't buy this car I could have spent 20000$ on anything else and would be so much more content. Anyways it's been to long and this issue is yet to be resolved,only time will tell. More
