We could not be happier with our recent purchase from Lexus of Madison! My husband and I have looked for a low mileage, excellent condition 2010 Lexus Rx350 for a couple of months now. We found several vehicles that looked good on their website, so we made the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Based on reviews we've seen here, we asked for Tim Feldt. Wow, what a nice guy! He showed us numerous vehicles and we test drove the one we liked most. In the meantime, he coordinated getting our Acura (trade-in) appraised. In the end, we purchased the Lexus for what we wanted to pay for it, and they gave us what we had hoped for for ours. Typically we find the car buying experience both exciting and stressful (because we often feel we're not getting as good of a deal and we should/could get). This was a refreshing change!! We will definitely be doing more business with Lexus of Madison. We're VERY HAPPY with the vehicle and the buying experience was a very pleasant one. More

I fully expected going to Lexus of Madison test driving a vehicle and then moving onto another dealer to test drive another vehicle. However Matt was great, i felt like i would be passing up an opportunity i vehicle and then moving onto another dealer to test drive another vehicle. However Matt was great, i felt like i would be passing up an opportunity in leaving the vehicle i was looking at. The whole process took roughly 3 hours, but the courtesy and helpfulness shown myself by not only Matt but the rest of the individuals i met make me want to come back and when i am ready for my next vehicle! What a fantastic experience with Lexus of Madison! After doing an extensive search in MN for the "perfect fit" as far as a 2010 Lexus RX 350, I expanded my search to include Wisconsin, to discover that Lexu doing an extensive search in MN for the "perfect fit" as far as a 2010 Lexus RX 350, I expanded my search to include Wisconsin, to discover that Lexus of Madison had the exact car I was looking for, and at a price MUCH lower than any of the MN dealerships. It was too good to pass up! I spoke with Ryan on the phone who was extremely helpful and easy to work work, and who walked through the whole buying process. All of this was done remotely, so there certainly was a level of trust necessary, but Ryan made it really easy to trust Lexus of Madison. The experience got even better when we arrived. Ryan took us for a test drive to ensure we were happy with the car, Matthew walked through all of the financial paperwork and answered all of our questions, and Sam was great with the delivery process, pointing out all of the many features of the new car. Ryan even gave my wife a bouquet of flowers! All in all, it was a fantastic experience - everything you'd hope out of Lexus. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience and a great vehicle! More

Linda was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and not "pushy" or try to sell me something I did not want. She went above and beyond to secure me the exact vehicle I wanted even afte interested in and not "pushy" or try to sell me something I did not want. The Lexus dealership in Middleton is amazing. They gave me what I wanted for my trade-in and were extremely accommodating and hospitable. Everyone was very helpful from the time I walked on the lot to even now owning my RX350. Jerry came out on the lot after giving my friend and I a chance to look at a few of the vehicles. From there Jerry i lot to even now owning my RX350. Jerry came out on the lot after giving my friend and I a chance to look at a few of the vehicles. From there Jerry informed us on the different vehicles that were on the lot and helped me narrow down my search for which one I wanted to test drive and possibly own. Karen helped me the next day over the phone because Jerry wasn't working. She told me about my credit check, options I could have on the vehicle, etc. I called her back a few times and she was polite every time. That day I called Jerry also with a couple of questions and he called back in a timely manner with the answers to my questions. On the day of the sale, Jerry, Karen, and Linda made it an awesome experience! Linda sat patiently with me and my father teaching us all the capabilities of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. I wish I could have taken one of them home with me to help with all the buttons in my RX350. =) More
