I always think Lexus of Madison is the Best! My only question is why didn’t someone suggest before I returned the loaner car that my wiper blades, front and back and my air cleaner/filter needed attenti question is why didn’t someone suggest before I returned the loaner car that my wiper blades, front and back and my air cleaner/filter needed attention? This could have been completed after making a cell call to me to confirm. I now must make another appointment before my drive to Florida on 10/10. I even agreed that they could keep my car overnight if more time was needed. I would still rate the service department as excellent! More

The team at Lexus of Madison is truly customer oriented and focused on your overall experience. Something that’s never taken place for me at any other dealer. Jose, Jerry, and Nate were an overall pleasure to work with and made the sales process seamless. Like when 2 sheets of drywall meet and you’d never be able to tell from the surface. Jerry was kind enough to offer me some home made Egg Rolls when I told them my blood sugar was getting low! The water bottles in their service department are the perfect temperature. Nate offered me a very fair amount for my trade and we discussed the planes from the Airport flying overhead. I can only hope to work with them again in the future! More
