This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. With little negotiation, they gave a great, no-hassle price on a new IS-250. There were some issues and a slight "hard" sell when it came to the finance department and an extended warranty (which, of note, was handled by a different person--not our sales consultant), but nothing that would make me walk away or tell others to avoid this dealership.
