My service advisor is Joe Brooks. Joe is courteous and professional providing excellence customer service. If the service requires a few hours Joe has a loaner I can use. The area to wait for your car is most comfortable. Have owned a Lexus since they first arrived in this city. I bought one of the first ones when the dealer opened here in Louisville. This is my second experience with the service department dealing with Tina Bowman. Both experiences were enough for me not to utilize the service department in the future. This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. With little negotiation, they gave a great, no-hassle price on a new IS-250. There were some issues and a slight "hard" sell when it came to the finance department and an extended warranty (which, of note, was handled by a different person--not our sales consultant), but nothing that would make me walk away or tell others to avoid this dealership.
