Bad service Department Watch the service dept. if you care about your car. I had been in for three time for tire balancing with all sort of frustrations for my brand new Lexus with 3400 miles on the odometer. Last time finally (spent 5 hours total) visiting them they got it right. But that is not the end of it. They scratched the rim and they put total of 25 miles on my car to check (as they claimed) tire balance. Last visit they drove my car 12 miles to check if one tire balance was OK. 12 miles to check tire balance??!! That is the distance from dealership to downtown Louisville. What is worse my mpg readout was down 6 miles/gl meaning this guy pushed the heck out of the car. Still I ended up with a scratched rim. Stay away from service dept. if you can. I will not do business with Same Swope dealerships again. I also will contact Lexus and BBB. Update: Mr. Mike Meyer called me and offered me an oil change & repairing the wheel. I could not agree to this simply because the offer was not total replacement of damage. The tech who drove the vehicle for 12 miles and pushed my brand new car should have been noted as he did not mention any corrective steps taken to remedy the situation in future or offer an apology. I asked him to share with me the cost of my lease termination which he declined. More

In March, I was in the market for my next vehicle and had narrowed my choices to several Lexus models. Having moved to Louisville from Columbus, Ohio I was unaware of the hidden gem that Louisville offered narrowed my choices to several Lexus models. Having moved to Louisville from Columbus, Ohio I was unaware of the hidden gem that Louisville offered at Lexus of Louisville. After inquiring about specific models online, I went to the Lexus of Louisville showroom and was promptly greeted by Jessica Bryant. She bent over backwards to take the time to walk me through the several models I was interested in and were test driving a car in no time at all. Her personality, energy, and overall style made for a very enjoyable experience. Never did I feel pressured or that we were going to have to "haggle" or that there was going to be some sort of "catch" at the end of the deal. She portrayed the essence of the Lexus brand: luxurious, elegant, and, perhaps most importantly, professional. The amount of effort and attention to detail that went into prepping the car for delivery did not go unnoticed. The entire team at Lexus of Louisville is to be commended for exceeding expectations. There truly is no "i" in that team. It's been several weeks since I drove off the lot with a GS350 F Sport from Lexus of Louisville. I'm in love with the car and I very much look forward to driving it every day. I also genuinely look forward to my next purchase from Lexus of Louisville. I hope Jessica is still there when that time comes. More

The level of time and attention to my concern regarding my Lexus was s service consultant, Joe Brooks and both were very professional yet personable. The level of time and attention to my concern regarding my Lexus was second to none. David took an extensive look at all the potential causes of my vehicle's problem and provided me with an expert, detailed explanation for the issue. He represented the type of repair person that you are very comfortable with and can trust. Kinda like a good friend to have when car help is needed. My service advisor, Joe Brooks, is always able to work me into his schedule, whether it be for routine servicing or an emergency situation. He always provides me a loaner if there is a wait which is very co into his schedule, whether it be for routine servicing or an emergency situation. He always provides me a loaner if there is a wait which is very convenient for me and my always changing schedule. Not only do I have his direct line in the service dept, but I also have his cell number just in case I have any type of problem after hours. I know that he will go out of his way to help in any situation. That is why I am giving an overall rating of a 5 (GREAT). Monty Heim and his staff (namely Joe Brooks) are very reliable and I would highly recommend them to my Lexus friends. More

I have been to Lexus of Louisville several times since buying my first Lexus in 2010 and would not take my Lexus anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and I have always been treated as though I am val buying my first Lexus in 2010 and would not take my Lexus anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and I have always been treated as though I am valued as a customer and really feel like they roll out the red carpet every time I go. Everyone, from the guys who take my keys from me, to the service rep, to the receptionists are very friendly, polite, and respectful. I was very impressed by Joe Brooks, my service rep most recently, who made a point of coming out to meet me, to shake my hand, and to thank me for being a customer. I also love that I can get a complimentary vehicle whenever I drop off my car for something as simple as an oil change. I appreciate that the loaner vehicles are very nice, new luxury cars and SUVs and makes taking my car in for service almost fun because I get to drive a nice new fun car for the day. Most importantly, I know I can rely on the professionals at Lexus to take good care of my car and to keep it in tip-top shape over the years. They may be more expensive than other repair shops, but the peace of mind is well worth it. I put many miles on my car each day and need to be able to trust that it will get me where I need to go - safely and reliably. And I can do that with Lexus of Louisville. Bonus: the waiting area is inviting, comfortable, and has plenty of free snacks and beverages :) More
