Service I love my Lexus. Had my car in for its first service. I called to see if my car was done. The girl on the phone said “if we haven’t called you then I love my Lexus. Had my car in for its first service. I called to see if my car was done. The girl on the phone said “if we haven’t called you then it isn’t done” Her tone was as if I was an idiot. I told her I dropped off that morning for oil change. She said hold on. Got back on phone and said it’s done....we left a message for you.(I did not get a message and again the tone was as if I was an idiot). So when I go to get my car...girl at concierge desk watches me walk up as she is drinking her bottled water...I literally stood as she finished her drink... and she says “last name” Not hi how can I help you? When I get my car it’s in a line with other cars for pick up. So I am stuck between two cars and the lady says “I’ll talk through it so you can pull out.” Really??? I am maneuvering my car out ? This is not Luxury service. I’ll be taking my car to valvoline going forward. They honestly treat me better. More
