Tire issue at end of the day I got new tires at Lexus earlier this year and had an issue will a bubble in one of the sidewalks after apparently driving over a curb. After calling ahead they had me bring in my vehicle and I got there about half an hour before closing time. Lexus lined up one of the nicest loaner vehicles around town - a 2019 ES350. How many places give you a loaner car that's a brand new vehicle and not a beater?! Got a new tire the next morning and i traded in the very nice loaner for my own car. Thanks Lexus! You always treat your patrons top of the line. 🔆 More

Pleasant Ezperience I came in to Lexus of Louisville to look at and test drive a used vehicle. Because I had made a bad decision a few months earlier (from another car dealer entirely) I wanted to get rid of the current vehicle I was driving. (The seats hurt my back.). Little did I know going there that I would be able to make a deal. However, my salesman Tom was very down to Earth, patient and non-pushy. They came back with numbers I was most pleased with and the experience was all around a pleasant one.. I really feel this dealership went above and beyond to earn my business, and I could not be happier with the used Lexus LS 460 I purchased.. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment. This dealership is top notch and I will be recommending it to all my friends and neighbors. No hassle, and the people there are not money-centric ...but definitely people centric!
