I had an unexpected issue with my car battery and I decided to drive to the Lexus of Louisville dealership to get it checked. I usually have an appointment, but I did not this time. I was greeted by the service staff as I drove into the bay. I was given an approximate time that my car would be ready and received a very thorough explanation of services that would be rendered and what to expect. I was invited, as usual, to visit the upstairs lounge area. I was greeted by an extremely nice woman named Sandra. She was delightful and walked around to ensure all guests were comfortable and had what they needed. She made everyone feel at home and made us aware of treats in the refrigerator and on the counter. She then baked fresh cinnamon rolls and passed them out to those who desired one. I do not recall my service person’s name, but he was nice and professional as well. Although I made an unplanned trip to the Lexus dealership, my experience was nothing short of perfect! More
