Horrible and horrible!!! First started with sales lying to me about down payment( 12000) to put down on new car and said it couldn’t be done, but went to another Lexus dealership that same day and put 7000 to me about down payment( 12000) to put down on new car and said it couldn’t be done, but went to another Lexus dealership that same day and put 7000 less down (5000)and interested rate went from 5.8 to a 5.1 from the same financial institution that supposedly said they couldn’t do anything!!!! Next is don’t any of you trust your car with there service department as they have no reguards to how they take care of your car by putting it up on the car racks and lifting it up.. Had my 1 month 3 week 52000 vehicle damage on both sides of the side skirts and underneath due to there carelessness!! Apparently according to the service advisor this had been recently a problem!!! Really Lexus?? Suppose to be higher standard.. If you still take your car there, make sure u get it back and look all 4 corners of the underneath of your vehicle, cause more and likely you will see damage on the lower moldings due to improper placement of the lift racks being placed under the car!! Never again More

Had a wonderful experience with Lexus of Louisville our salesman (Bryan Bean) was quite friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend! Unfortunately, due to our later arrival our sale clos salesman (Bryan Bean) was quite friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend!
