Lexus of Louisville always surpasses any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the guys who greet me in the service area check-in to my service consultant dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the guys who greet me in the service area check-in to my service consultant are extremely courteous and respectful as well as friendly. I feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated each time I come to have service. John Dean, the service consultant who assisted me on Friday, July 19, 2024, is my favorite person in service. He always listens to my concerns and takes good care of me. He explains the service and invites me to wait in the customer lounge (I always go to the upstairs lounge!). When they assess the issue with my car, he comes to the lounge and explains what is needed and about how long it will take. I would never go to any other dealer for service to my Lexus NX350H! More
