I have my car in for a recall part and oil change. I were not told what time the service would be closed. I was under the impression it was 7pm. I was there at 6:15 pm. All services was closed. I was visiting Louisville and on the morning I was to drive home my car would not start. I called Lexus of Louisville and they scheduled my car for service. I had it towed to their service department. In drive home my car would not start. I called Lexus of Louisville and they scheduled my car for service. I had it towed to their service department. In less than 90 minutes they diagnosed it was just a dead battery and replaced it and I was on my way. What a fantastic job by their whole staff!! Thank you!! More
