Bought a car (out of state) from this dealership and it came off the truck smoking from the tail pipe. It was a 30k car… The 3rd party delivery driver said that it was smoking when he loaded it up from the came off the truck smoking from the tail pipe. Called the manager, they begrudgingly only covered 1/2 of the cost of the oil leak that was causing the smoking. Literally the ordeal took 5 weeks to work out (they refused to pay a dealership here in AL) I had to have it towed to a local mechanic and then they did not return our calls or email. Expected so much more from a Lexus dealership. More
