I was alarmed by a warning light on the dash of my Lexus LS460 while driving late in the afternoon. I called Lexus of Louisville service department & Cameron Rudd asked me some pertinent questions & told me LS460 while driving late in the afternoon. I called Lexus of Louisville service department & Cameron Rudd asked me some pertinent questions & told me that I could bring it in first thing in the morning. They performed a thorough check, determined the minor (thank goodness!) problem & sent me on my way in the time he had promised. Their waiting area is quite comfortable, so I didn’t mind sitting there, still able to write some notes, & answer some emails. And, I’m very grateful that they didn’t charge me an arm & a leg for their service, since I was clearly in a vulnerable position. More

Very accommodating from scheduling service, pick up from my work, leaving a loaner, updating on service and cost, to work done very efficiently and in a timely manor and my car brought back to my work.
