Always a great experience and service. I never worry about my RX 350 being serviced properly. I’ve used Lexus of Louisville for many years. Very happy. I never worry about my RX 350 being serviced properly. I’ve used Lexus of Louisville for many years. Very happy. More

This vehicle had an immaculate, very detailed, one owner CarFax, low miles and was listed at a great price. It was going to be a perfect fit for our growing family. I inquired about a test drive, when I was told it was in maintenance and would not be available to be driven until Friday 10/21/22. I went ahead and made an appointment with the salesman (Tom) for Friday afternoon. We made arrangements to leave work early and had childcare lined up so we could meet at the car lot. Fast forward to Friday. I received a text from Tom that the car had sold on Thursday night and was no longer available! When I reminded him what he said, he replied with, "That's what I was told as well. I am sorry too. I would have really liked to earn your business. I guess it was sold while it was coming out of service." First off, if it was coming out of service early, why was I not notified? Second, why did he automatically sever the opportunity of earning my business? In my opinion, he could have offered to make things right and organize another vehicle on the lot for me to drive instead. He did not seem very eager to sell a vehicle to us at all. I had not felt that deep gut feeling of disappointment in a long time and it put a terrible taste in my mouth about car buying. More
Lexus of Louisville is an unprofessional and disgusting dealership. We were trying to purchase this LX600 on 10/11/2022, they sent us the buyers order and I sent them the wire amount of $163,608.39 on 10/ dealership. We were trying to purchase this LX600 on 10/11/2022, they sent us the buyers order and I sent them the wire amount of $163,608.39 on 10/13/2022, they never tell me the car is demo and it has 3200 miles on it, on the buyer’s order and purchase agreement it all says 0 miles, we thought they are brand new car with less than 10 miles on it. Salesman just sent me the picture of the car exterior and interior and want me to figure out it has miles myself, I guess? However, it was Thursday, and they supposed to send me the contract the second day. The salesperson says they are busy going to send it out on Saturday, then pushed to Monday. On Monday, the finance manager Jerry called me and brings up something about I can't sell this car after I buys it, xxxxxxxxx like this, and tells me they were going to put a lien on the title for 6 months. They never mentioned anything about the lien before Monday. I called my credit union and decided to cancel the deal because it doesn't make sense to me. Salesperson said sorry and he says that was his fault that never tell me that they would put lien on the title. They wired me the money back on 10/20/2022 with $163,558.93 which short $50, I asked why, on 10/22/2022, I called the salesman again he starts to push everything on me and tell me the $50 is fees which is xxxxxxxx, I wired 163,608.93 and that is how much you should wire back, then he tells me that it is my responsibility that I didn't see the lien charge on the buyers order. I need someone give me a satisfying answer! More
