I greatly appreciate the service that Lexus offers to come pick up my car. Take it to dealership have the work completed and then bringing it back to my home. He contacted me again for us to go over all the scenarios that I thought caused the alarm to go off. After sharing one of the reasons with him, he said, let me try that and troubleshoot the door handle. And that was the problem was the doorhandle had a short in communicating with the key. That being said he ordered the parts and the car was ready the next day he brought back the car and everything works perfectly. More
