Because I am a loyal customer, this dealership along with Lexus customer service arranged and agreed to replace the motor in the left hatchback door strut on my 2019 RX350 even though it was out of warr with Lexus customer service arranged and agreed to replace the motor in the left hatchback door strut on my 2019 RX350 even though it was out of warranty. This was the fourth RX I’d purchased from this dealer. All were extremely reliable; this is the first problem I’ve experienced with this model. I hope it’s the last. I have my cars serviced at the dealership faithfully every five thousand miles so I’m glad they and Lexus did the right thing when it came to fixing my car. More
