Lexus of Jax brought a beautiful loaner car to my house. Took my car. Repaired it and brought back to me. I even didn’t have to leave my house or go without a car for a second. NOW I CALL THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE. More

They do their best to make sure I don’t have to bring it back for anything. Fields does a good job washing the car, including cleaning the interior and drying the vehicle so you don’t get hard water spots. Overall, I feel like I’m dealing with people who care and want to do their best. More
