As always Larry was knowledgeable as to what needed to be serviced and checked. The vehicle was ready before it was promised. My only complaint is that after leaving the dealership I noticed when I tried to adjust the outside mirrors neither could be adjusted. I left in the lunch traffic and I had fight my way back through the traffic to return to the dealership without the use of my outside mirrors. The car washers had apparently fowled up the mirrors and they had to be readjusted. I was a bit disappointed when I returned home and found that a card had been sent to me offering a 10% discount. When we returned a few weeks later, Don showed us several vehicles, and we were able to select one, negotiate the price, and close the deal smoothly and cordially. After being ushered into the new waiting area, which , by the way, was a vast improvement over the old setup, I was met by Ron, the service advisor with whom I had made my appointment. In a word, Ron was just great. Friendly and professional, he was well informed and did everything he said he was going to do. The warranty work on my car was completed in far less time than I thought it would be and I was on my way in less than an hour.... I've been a Brumos Lexus (Lexus of Jax) customer for white a number of years now and this service trip was by far my best ever....Keep it up! More

I made a good investment in the 2006 Lexus SL 430. I really wasn't even looking for a car last Saturday. My friend, Tamara Heseltine, had found a used Lexus on line and needed a ride to Jacksonville, I really wasn't even looking for a car last Saturday. My friend, Tamara Heseltine, had found a used Lexus on line and needed a ride to Jacksonville, so I obliged. We took her car for a spin and while she was filling out the paperwork to buy the Lexus, I looked over the cars that were available. There was one in particular that caught my eye, and once again, Norm took me for a ride. Obviously I was sold on the Lexus and traded in my Escape the same day. Yes, I would say that Norm is a very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely capable salesman. If I ever do make another trade, it will be with Norm. More

It was a very pleasant experience as Don was able to put us into a Lexus in our budget and gave a fair trade for the truck. It was nice dealing with a true professional. Please note that the only negative issue was that I had asked the finance department to hold my check of $11,000 until my funds would clear and it was cashed before I was able to notify them as agreed upon. Fortunately the funds were there and no harm was done but I feel you should know this for future reference. I hope to do business with Don again as soon as I am ready to trade my car in as well.
