As always Larry was knowledgeable as to what needed to be serviced and checked. The vehicle was ready before it was promised. My only complaint is that after leaving the dealership I noticed when I tried to adjust the outside mirrors neither could be adjusted. I left in the lunch traffic and I had fight my way back through the traffic to return to the dealership without the use of my outside mirrors. The car washers had apparently fowled up the mirrors and they had to be readjusted. I was a bit disappointed when I returned home and found that a card had been sent to me offering a 10% discount. After being ushered into the new waiting area, which , by the way, was a vast improvement over the old setup, I was met by Ron, the service advisor with whom I had made my appointment. In a word, Ron was just great. Friendly and professional, he was well informed and did everything he said he was going to do. The warranty work on my car was completed in far less time than I thought it would be and I was on my way in less than an hour.... I've been a Brumos Lexus (Lexus of Jax) customer for white a number of years now and this service trip was by far my best ever....Keep it up! More
