Catching up on two recalls Our vehicle had 2 recall notices outstanding on it so we decided to get them taken care of. Our Service Rep. Mike, advised us the work would take abo Our vehicle had 2 recall notices outstanding on it so we decided to get them taken care of. Our Service Rep. Mike, advised us the work would take about 4 1/2 hours so we would have a loaner vehicle to use while our work was being completed. Whenwe arrived the checkin process was quick and efficient and Mike had us out the door in short order. We did our shopping and had lunch and were pleasantly surprised to get a call from Mike telling us our car would be ready ahead of schedule. Dealership outside emplyees greated us back and transferred our packages to our car. We were pleasantly surprised to find our car had been given a first class wash job and topped off with gas!!! It doesn't get any better. More

I appreciated the open interaction with Leonard. He made my decision to make the purchase easy, and we completed the agreement to make the purchase in one hour. More
