Shannon is Super Shannon was our dealer and he has always been super to work with. This was our 3rd experience with him. We did not buy a car from him the 1st time sim Shannon was our dealer and he has always been super to work with. This was our 3rd experience with him. We did not buy a car from him the 1st time simply because we liked another car better. However, we were so impressed with working with him that we kept his card and returned 10 years later and asked for him. We have now purchased a second car from him and have not regretted it. His customer service is impeccable he had our other Lexus serviced while we were doing the paperwork on our second purchase and we did not even have an appointment.
