I had a service station put the spare on, but was very concerned driving home about the alarm showing persistent low tire pressure. I called Lexus/Jacksonville and got an extremely unhelpful person. I wanted to bring my car in the next morning and she said there were no appointments available for A WEEK! I told her the number 1 reason I have driven over SEVEN Lexuses in my life is the service provided by Lexus; and I did not consider this to be up to the mark. I finally asked to talk with a service technician and after being cut-off at least twice I finally reached someone who told me to just bring it in the next day. So....the service department gets an A+ but the individuals handling the calls get poor marks. More
