Khai Ferguson, my service representative, recommended doing the 30,000 mile checkup a little early so I wouldn't have to drive down to the dealership again in a few weeks. When the service took longer than expected and I had a meeting to attend, he quickly arranged for a loaner car. My car was delivered to me the next morning, cleaned inside and out. My first service was covered by agreement when I purchased the vehicle, so I wasn't charged anything! More
