EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I stopped by to see my Service Manager Mike Needham and ask him a question about service intervals. It just so happened that I was at 4977 miles and f I stopped by to see my Service Manager Mike Needham and ask him a question about service intervals. It just so happened that I was at 4977 miles and found out it was due for tire rotation and fluids check. Mike said if I had some time they could do it now. So I did in additional to my complimentary car wash. Once again LEXUS provided TOP NOTCH service on short notice. Always willing to accommodate the customer. More
