Amazing customer service I went in for an oil change. I was informed after a multi point inspection, that my battery failed the load test. I agreed to have it replaced. When c I went in for an oil change. I was informed after a multi point inspection, that my battery failed the load test. I agreed to have it replaced. When checking out , I was informed they noticed the battery had been replaced in 2013. Even though the warranty was expired, they replaced it at no cost to me!! My service rep was awesome. Thank you to Chris Parenlo and all Lexus employees for going the extra mile! Best dealership I've ever dealt with. I'm a lexus owner for life!!!! More
