Michael is an awesome salesperson as reflected by his patience with me as a skeptical and undecided buyer. I asked lots and lots of questions and Michael answered or got answers for all of them. He offered purchase options (e.g. lease or finance) and showed much patience as I vacillated between them. I respect Michael's honesty and professionalism which made it easy to related to him. NIKKI was also very professional, sensitive to my reservations and provided information that helped me make up my mind. These two saw to every detail. Lastly, Gabriel was/is wonderful! He has helped me understand and fully appreciate all the features my car offers in a manner that is comfortable for me. Because of these Brumos employees, I had a seamless and pleasurable experience.
