Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service Our service rep, Tom, killed it for us yesterday. I called on Thursday to schedule our 10,000 mile service (after not getting a call back from the Ser Our service rep, Tom, killed it for us yesterday. I called on Thursday to schedule our 10,000 mile service (after not getting a call back from the Service Department as promised on Wednesday). Tom was able to get us in on Friday morning. When I arrived, he was ready, courteous and helpful. During the service, he checked-in to update me on the timing because I was waiting. I found it very helpful that you had desks, so I could work and I was prepared with my laptop to do so - great touch. When we finished, he explained the service, addressed the two questions I had about the vehicle and walked me to my car. Tom provided outstanding service. More
