Sorry but this is almost laughable - I present a condition that forced me away from this dealership and instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue, they want me to call them - a little backwards if you ask me. As I mentioned, I purchased 3 cars (sorry I miscounted the first time - 2 RX models and a BMW convertible) from this store and they don't have the capacity to dig thru their files and find a way to contact me?? I'm in the freaking White Pages for gosh sakes. C'mon - this is business 101 - the dealership should take action rather than imposing on the customer to contact them. Yet another reason I'll never set foot in the dealership again. If you like the Carmax experience, then by all means go for it but in my humble opinion, it's engineered to satisfy the lower end cars/trucks - not high end vehicles. Let me clear things up though - the people were fine talking to but it was like talking to a wall - I can't tell you how many times the salesman went back and forth to the sales manager and responded with the exact same message - the price is the price is the price - PERIOD. There was no haggling, no negotiation, no "we're just like Carmax - you pay what we say because we feel like it's the right price" - well, it IS the right price for the dealership to make as much revenue as possible but clearly not for the customer. I purchased the car in Sarasota instead - yes, it was a 5 hour drive but I saved $3000 AND the car had less mileage - clearly, the price is not the price. Try again . . . . .
