It’s unfortunate you did not have an exceptional sales experience with our Lexus of Jacksonville store. The feedback our customers provide is essential for us to grow and make improvements. That being said, I did research your statements in your review and there were definitely some areas we could have done better, however, we feel we did everything within reason to make you the best possible deal. Our finance team worked hard to get you a better rate (as stated in your review), and the sales department discounted the car significantly to try and make a deal with you.
