Service rep Paula Clemons agreed she delivered to me a totally unsatisfactory detail and said she would send me text and email confirming complete redo or reimbursement for said services. I received neither and now she will not return my call. Additionally i was charged for balancing tires that I was told needed replaced and they were aware that I was doing so. Sales sells the first car and service kills the second. If a lower rating was available you would get it More

Treated like a king Called Mike Needham on a Thursday to schedule service on my day off Saturday. He said they didn't have any appointments available but to just bring my Called Mike Needham on a Thursday to schedule service on my day off Saturday. He said they didn't have any appointments available but to just bring my wife's car up there when they opened and he would work me in. In less than 2 hours he called and said it's ready. Mike always takes care of us. I've even taken my sons infiniti up there and they've serviced it. Mike always knows everything when I have questions. Super knowledgeable and great dealership. More

Not good enough to recommend. Until I paid off the car it was o.k.. Nothing special but O.K.. after giving them the check, we were on our own completly, like there it is. I have asked several times for something to prove that we had bought and paid off the car. Nothing. I was told if I wanted a document or a paid in full receipt with a title that I needed to go to the D M V. The DMV said I needed to certify myself and the car. Normally, the dealer does this when they sell a car but not this dealer. I am sure I will get it done eventually but all of this is so unnecessary Rudy R. More
