I had to give a bad review from past experiences because other service techs would drop the ball. I left a message with Jack because Lexus Corporate called him regarding my front dash and door panel recalled but no call was return from him. I was sad Mike left this location but came back and I was surprised he picked up when I couldn’t reach the service manager. Pairing blue tooth and playing cds Less than a year ago upgraded my navigation system at this dealership. Since then I have had problems downloading my address book which was eliminated Less than a year ago upgraded my navigation system at this dealership. Since then I have had problems downloading my address book which was eliminated when the new download was put in and playing CDs. Today I had some time so I stopped in to take care of these problems. I have had zero issues with my 2008 Lexus LS 460. It is truly a big comfortable sporty reliable automobile with no issues in more than a hundred thousand miles. I met with Larry Sanders after a very short way who said he would have somebody look at it and that I should make myself comfortable in the lounge. There I was offered a complete breakfast comfortable seat and a large flat screen TV so I made myself at home and waited. Everybody is extremely nice at this dealership. Everybody says hello and smiles. Everyone offers help if you need it. After a short time a gentleman named Mike came out with me to the car and straightened out every problem. I told him he was a genius but he said that he just knew how to do it, and he did! Now everything works perfectly in the car and I have a belly full of scrambled eggs and bacon and toasted bagel and coffee and I will continue to praise this fabulous Lexus dealership.
