Careless customer service So I took my 2011 Lexus is350 in for an oil change, simple right? Well apparently not because whoever drove it messed up my front left wheel, which ar So I took my 2011 Lexus is350 in for an oil change, simple right? Well apparently not because whoever drove it messed up my front left wheel, which are aftermarket Niche custom wheels and low pro tires. They hit it on something, maybe a lift arm or curb on the ramp from porter area??? I am tedious with my car so I notice things like that. I ended up ordering another wheel during their repair process because as I suspected the finish would not and did not match..at all. I ate that $400 and was not happy about it but I figured life is short and to let it go. Next oil change due and there is no possible way this could happen twice, no way. Well low and behold whoever drove it this time did the exact same freaking thing to my left rear wheel. So now I am out another $400+ dollars due to the carelessness of someone else. I thought I could trust them to take care of my vehicle while in their "care" but they did not and I do not recommend having service performed at this dealership. If so I STRONGLY recommend taking before and after photos of your vehicle and doing a walkaround with the service advisor. I am thoroughly pissed off and disappointed with this place. I did get my oil changed but unfortunately the two experiences have cost me just about $1000.00 I will not have service performed here again, period. -Ryan Patterson More
