Great communication I brought my car in because the radio stopped working and it proved to be a mystery to the service technicians for almost 2 weeks! Henry was great at I brought my car in because the radio stopped working and it proved to be a mystery to the service technicians for almost 2 weeks! Henry was great at either texting or calling me every couple days to keep me updated on what was going on and what solutions they had tried up until they were finally able to figure out the problem. I have had less than favorable experiences at the dealership in the past but Henry helped restore my faith in Lexus!! More
