Not to happy that my 3 1/2 year old ‘luxury’ vehicle had a broken handle from normal opening by a 6 year old. They told me that I would need to pay $450 and offered no discount until I started to complain a a broken handle from normal opening by a 6 year old. They told me that I would need to pay $450 and offered no discount until I started to complain about how much I paid for the car and I have owned a number of vehicles and never had a door handle break. They eventually called me back to tell me that they would cover the part but I would have to cover the labor. For the amount of money I paid for this vehicle I believe the full cost should have been covered under manufacturing defect. Last Lexus I will purchase. More

Purchased Certified Lexus SUV with cracked windshield. They promised to have it repaired and never did. Quit returning calls and all.
