Overall great service BUT the CPO vehicle purchased and delivered without being properly detailed. Immediately noticeable by the people who viewed it the day of delivery. I've not received a voucher to get it professionally detailed locally to make it right as requested. Disappointing by Lexus standards and I'm on my 5th Lexus purchase. More
