Sam - I am concerned to read your review, as I have had no messages or emails from you recently. I know we had several discussions by phone last year and I thought the matter was closed. As we have discussed previously, the technician notes I was provided from Lexus of Towson found no correlation between our repair and what happened to your vehicle. Your vehicle had over 225,000 miles on it at the time of our repair and even with our post repair scans there is always a possibility for something else to go bad without notice, especially on a vehicle with higher miles. Lexus of Towson's technician found stored service engine light codes for your valve timing actuators which is unrelated to the repairs performed by us. We are sorry you had another costly repair so soon after having the vehicle in for service. I am happy to revisit this conversation again with you and our General Manager if you would like. Our General Manager has attempted to reach you by phone. Please provide us an email we can send our repair invoices to you per your request.
