One of the standout members of the team was Jeff Lovett, the sales associate who worked with me throughout the process. Jeff was incredibly friendly and professional, and he made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked through the door. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and he worked diligently to find a car that met all of my criteria and fit within my budget. But Jeff was just the beginning of the excellent service I received at the Jacksonville Lexus dealership. Bliss Sanders, the car technician, took the time to clearly explain all of the features and functions of my new Lexus NX, ensuring that I felt confident and comfortable driving it off the lot. And Elizabeth Ferrel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with as well, making the document process quick and easy while still taking the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I would strongly recommend the Jacksonville Lexus dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Another absolutely perfect service experience at Lexus of Jacksonville, starting with service advisor Patricia Conrad. Traveling all the way from Tallahassee, I brought in my 2022 NX350 for three recalls, th Jacksonville, starting with service advisor Patricia Conrad. Traveling all the way from Tallahassee, I brought in my 2022 NX350 for three recalls, the 5,000-mile maintenance and other services. I figured I would be there for three or four hours. Nope. Ms. Conrad and her tech had me out of there in 90 minutes, and with all service expertly performed. Also, that cafe makes the best complimentary tuna sandwiches. :) (And cooked to order breakfasts and other lunch items.) And the waiting area is large and comfortable. And the wi-fi works. I simply cannot imagine a better automotive service experience. Kudos to Lexus of Jacksonville. - Marty Merzer More
