The fact that it all went well was due to the efforts and attention of the service manager Pat Conrad. Pat was there to meet me when I drove up. After a quick turnover of the car, we went to her office to detail my concerns and explain the problem. Within a short time, I was on my way with a loaner. Pat Conrad: -has excellent interpersonal skills. She is an effective and relaxed communicator able to ask the right questions to insure that the issue is understood and explained. -knows the automotive service business and was able to answer my questions in a friendly and professional manner. -communicated with me when necessary regarding where the shop was in the repair process. In this instance, a part was needed and ordered, at the time she gave me an estimate as to when it would be received. For me as the owner it was, from start to finish, a seamless process. Pat Conrad’s performance was a 5 star effort in all categories. More
