11/3/2024 @5:50 PM This review is concerning Henry Bryant, service manager, who was assigned to help me Saturday, 11/2/2024. I've been a Lexus customer for over 20 years and this is the worst service Bryant, service manager, who was assigned to help me Saturday, 11/2/2024. I've been a Lexus customer for over 20 years and this is the worst service that I have received from one of your service managers. (Larry Berry is my service manager, and he has always provided me with excellent and professional service.) I scheduled service for an oil change, 75,000 miles check, valve stem cap replacement, and repair left rear passenger door seal next to seat. I received all services requested, but the rear left passenger door seal. I just finished viewing the inspection video and I am quite upset. Wesley Paugh was the serviceman who did the inspection of my vehicle. He recommends replacing my front brake pads and repurpose motors. Henry Bryant did not inform me of this, nor did he communicate anything about my vehicle during the 3 hours that I waited for my vehicle. Then, the video shows the right rear passenger door seal being inspected. There is nothing wrong with the right rear passenger door seal. The left rear passenger door seal is extremely loose. After paying for services render and got to my vehicle, I found that the left rear passenger door seal was still loose, just as it was when I brought my vehicle in. I went back into the building and I found Henry and asked him if he would come with me to see that the door seal that needed repaired had not been repaired. Henry told me that they were trying to save me money by adjusting the seal. I told him that I didn't need them to save me money; I need the repair that I scheduled. I really like the service that Lexus of Jacksonville provides and I will continue to have my vehicle service there. I will not have Henry Bryant as a service manager. If Larry Barry is not available, I'll wait until he is. As for Henry Bryant, I rate him a 2. Lexus of Jacksonville Dealership a 4, because of this experience. Loretta Dilworth More
