Excellent service and follow up. This was the first 6 month service. The only issue I had was the rear speakers don't work. After checking them out, the result was their "working as This was the first 6 month service. The only issue I had was the rear speakers don't work. After checking them out, the result was their "working as designed". Doesn't say much for Lexus' design. They could have saved money by eliminating the rear speakers altogether. More
