We had a great 4-day experience! I got a pop-up from Lexus of Glendale on Wednesday, 5/8 showing the red ES300h you got that day. I told my husband we were going to go buy that ca I got a pop-up from Lexus of Glendale on Wednesday, 5/8 showing the red ES300h you got that day. I told my husband we were going to go buy that car on Thursday. Patrick Esrailian is an excellent Sales Consultant. Very thorough in explaining the differences in the two cars I was looking at. I never felt like he was only talking to my husband. I wanted the red one - love the Matador Red and the beautiful black and palomino interior. You got the car on Wednesday, and we bought it on Thursday! I think Patrick enjoyed doing the deal as much as my husband and I did (we are both retired Xerox sales reps). This is our 4th Lexus and my first! The man that did all the sale paperwork was the same person who did the paperwork on our 2121 ES300h. He was just as fun as Patrick! We had the Zilon treatment done on Saturday. It was a great 4-day experience. I will sing your praises if anyone is looking for a car! Thanks. More
