I've been taking my IS350 to Glendale for 15 years and I've always been super satisfied with the service, especially when working with Jesus. I trust that Jesus has always been honest with me and ensures I've always been super satisfied with the service, especially when working with Jesus. I trust that Jesus has always been honest with me and ensures that my vehicle is well-taken care of. I think, however, the technicians need to put extra care when working on the vehicles because I've been in a couple of situations where the quality of the work is not at all what Lexus should stand for. I may not drive the most expensive and newest Lexus but my car should be cared for as if it was. I bought a Lexus for a reason. When these situations were serious, Jesus took care of them and could de-escalate a horrible situation and correct the issue quickly. I appreciate Lexus of Glendale because of Jesus. More
